Resume of J. Michael Dillingham

Mr. Dillingham is a certified public accountant and a partner in the firm of York, Dillingham & Company, P.L.L.C. The partnership has its main office in Columbia, Tennessee with satellite offices in Centerville, Lawrenceburg, Lewisburg and Pulaski.

Mr. Dillingham received an Associates degree from Columbia State Community College in 1971 and a Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University in 1974. He has been involved in the practice of public accounting in Columbia, Tennessee since 1974, when he joined the local firm of Bone, Hundley, Sanderson & Kelley.

Mr. Dillingham has served as tax and business advisor to many individuals and privately-owned businesses. His experience includes assistance with taxation, financial statements, forecasts, financial planning, succession planning, systems analysis and valuations. He is also experienced in the audits of corporations, non-profits and governmental entities. These clients are found in healthcare, governmental, retail, manufacturing, construction, wholesale, not-for-profit and service industries.

Mr Dillingham is active in community affairs. He is a member of the Columbia Kiwanis Club and the Chambers of Commerce in Maury, Lawrence, Hickman and Giles counties.

Mr. Dillingham resides on his farm in northern Giles County. His daughter, Elaine, lives in New York City and his son, John, lives in Columbia.
